What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 8 days ago

We’re here to help if something goes wrong with your delivery.

📦 If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

  • We’ll review your claim and issue a refund or replacement if it meets our return conditions.

📭 If your package is lost:

  • First, confirm your shipping address and check with neighbors or your building's reception.

  • If the package is still missing after 24 hours of being marked as delivered, contact us.

  • For tracked shipments, we will investigate with the carrier and assist with a resolution.

  • For untracked standard shipping, we rely on the carrier’s delivery records.

⏱️ Claims for damage or missing packages must be made within 24–48 hours of the delivery date.
