📦 If your package arrives damaged:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We’ll review your claim and issue a refund or replacement if it meets our return conditions.
📭 If your package is lost:
First, confirm your shipping address and check with neighbors or your building's reception.
If the package is still missing after 24 hours of being marked as delivered, contact us.
For tracked shipments, we will investigate with the carrier and assist with a resolution.
For untracked standard shipping, we rely on the carrier’s delivery records.
⏱️ Claims for damage or missing packages must be made within 24–48 hours of the delivery date.
