What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated a month ago

We’re sorry to hear that! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

To report a damaged item:

  2. Include order number and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.

Once we receive your report, our team will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund based on the condition and availability.

⚠️ Damage claims made more than 24 hours after delivery may not be eligible for resolution, so please reach out as soon as possible.
