Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 48 business hours.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once:

• Your return is approved

• The refund has been issued

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

⚠️ If your return does not meet our return conditions (e.g. damaged, used, or missing original packaging), the refund may be refused or adjusted. We'll notify you if that’s the case.
