To start a return, simply follow these steps:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp (messages only) at +351 965 079 185 or email us at [email protected] with:

   • Your order number

   • The item(s) you want to return

   • The reason for the return

2. Wait for our team to review and approve your request.
   We'll send you the return instructions and address details.

3. Pack your items securely and send them to our warehouse in Portugal.
   Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

⚠️ Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund within 48 business hours.
