How do I make a return?Updated a month ago

You can return eligible products within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return Process:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp (messages only) at +351 965 079 185 or email us at [email protected] with your:

   • Order number

   • Reason for return

   • Product details

2. Wait for our return instructions by email.
   Returns must be authorized before shipping — we do not accept unsolicited returns.

3. Once approved, send the item(s) to our warehouse in Portugal using your preferred shipping method.

4. We’ll inspect your return and issue a refund within a few working days if it meets the conditions.

⚠️ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Certain items (e.g. intimate products, food, medicine) are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
