Yes, we offer refunds for eligible returned items — but we do not offer direct product exchanges.

✅ Refunds:

You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In resellable condition

To request a return, email us at [email protected] before sending the item back.

🔁 Exchanges:

We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply:

  1. Return the original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the correct product

⚠️ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and some items (e.g. opened products, food, hygiene items) are non-returnable.
